The Black Sabbath influence shown on Birth is a bit too on the nose for me to revisit it too much, but regardless, if you don't mind it being a pastiche too much, Birth is still a pretty alright debut for ORB. Doomy overdriven guitars make for a helluva psychy trip Also, shoutout to the guy who bought this thinking it was the electronic artist The Orb, and then left a review showing the world they hadn't even listened before purchasing. Just know you live rent-free in my head forever, friend.
